Ich liebe die App. Ich startete mit dem "female fat loss extreme" Programm und später das "toned in 90 days" Programm. Ich war kein Fitness Anfänger, habe früher regelmäßig im Fitness-Studio trainiert. "Durch CORONA" hab ich Vshred entdeckt und es hat mich absolut überzeugt. Ich benutze die Übungen regelmäßig seit 1,5 Jahren und habe mich noch nie so fit gefühlt. Plus die Flexibilität, alles ohne Fitnessstudio ausführen zu können. Für mich das beste Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Einmalzahlung hat sich für mich absolut gelohnt.

I've tried several different programs and did see sme good results, but nothing like I've seen with V-shred. I've been on the program for 6 months now, and I've lost 55 lbs. The coaches are great, they listen to what goals I'm working for, they come up with yummy meal plans that are easy to make and follow, and I love the work outs. I never thought I'd ever to see a 6-pack at my age, and every week I see it in coming in more and more. It's becoming a lifestyle instead of a program for my wife and I. If you are up front with your coach on your meal plans on what you like and don't, they WILL set you up to succeed. This has truly been a life changing journey for my wife and I and the results in a short amount of time, and more than we expected. I would strongly recommend trying this program if you have struggled with others.

Matt has been very patient with this old lady!! At 68, I’ve never lifted weights or done the exercises that are expected of me. He has encouraged me and helped me with extra videos so I can see exactly how to do them correctly.
Also he has never chastised me for not eating everything or maybe “cheating” when I shouldn’t have.
Maybe my only complaint would be that when someone first signs up (and you did a great job with most of it) that someone would explain the supplements and when to take them! I finally found the info on them in the website…but that was after 6 weeks! So of course I didn’t start them right away or take them at the proper times. Also an explanation on how many zoom calls are happening would be helpful…at the beginning!
I realize that there was a lot of info at the beginning and maybe this was covered, but if so I don’t remember and so a quick follow-up with that info would be helpful.

Paul and VShred have done a great job supporting me on my journey back to health and weight management. He kept me accountable with daily workouts and progress reports. He was never judgmental and encouraged me when I’d had challenges. The workouts were customized for me and my goal has been to do at least 30 min of exercise daily. The variety of workouts has been great! I set an initial goal weight but I surpassed it and am now 10 pounds below. I feel amazing and realized that with the customized meal plans, my inflammation has gone! I will use these as a base and add to them in maintenance. Thank you so much for helping me find my healthy self again!

After struggling over 20 years with my weight, I have found great success with V Shred. I have done other programs and failed to achieve ongoing success. I'm in my 5th month learning how to eat right and exercise. I started at 255 LBS, currently I am at 207 heading to 200 LBS. I have lost body fat and increased muscle all over my body. I couldn't be more happy about the results. Why has it been successful? My personal nutritionalist and workout planner. Dylan Beck, one of V Shred professional trainers and nutritionalist is easy to work with, he listens to what I am saying and responds and is very encouraging along the way. He knew how to start me out slow with working out with weights, HIIT and low cardio. Didn't realize how much cardio you build by doing the training versus doing cardio by itself. Very impressed with it. The food plan is amazing, food tastes great and I have developed a liking to some foods I would never eat. I would recommend V Shred to anyone, who like me, have tried all sorts of stuff and never succeeded. You will not be disappointed. If I can do it at nearly 57, you can do it. You either let your age own you, or you own your age!

So where do I start. I started this challenge at the end of April. after seeing the videos on Instagram I decided to make a change in my life. What made me make the change well looking at a photo my wife had taken of me while flexing in the pool. Not only that I had some personal problems that I wanted to get rid of. So, when I started with the program, I was given a coach. The coach set me up with a nutrition plan and also a workout plan after I gave him my weight, height and what my goal was that I wanted to challenge myself. I started this challenge weighing 230lbs. Talking with my coach he broke down everything that i needed to do with the workouts, eating, supplements, how much water I should be drinking. I said OK let's start. Start of week one was my hardest lease to say just because I had to commit to myself and challenge. I did the workouts, I did the nutrition plan i took the supplements, not only that I quit drinking alcohol that was my problem I had I could drink easily a 6pk of beer a day, not only that maybe a couple shots on top of that. now going into week 2 I was feeling great literally just after one week, was losing weight. going into week 2-3-4-5 I was feeling even more great more energy wanting to do the workouts no questions asked. the nutrition now let's just say easy enough to do when I had questions about certain things I didn't like the coach broke down things I could change to take that were kind of the same. I could probably say a lot more and I probably will when I finish my challenge, but this is the first month and in 6 weeks I've lost 18lbs. I'm feeling great and excited to do this program, not just finish but to prove I can do this and succeed in what I want to do with myself, the way I look, the way I feel and knowing that even a little help from a coach goes a long way, its motivating. I definitely recommend this to anyone that want to try something new for themselves. the program is legit. I've already told a lot of people about it my friends my family, since they were asking questions about wow man your looking great what have you been doing, I just said I'm doing the v shred challenge. this isn't no gimmick its real life. I appreciate everything that I have been guided to thanks to coach Gabe Button for the start and were not done yet, this is only the beginning. with all this said and if you want to push yourself try it out it works and hope to get some my family and friends trying it out as well. ill post some pictures and believe in me what I'm saying this has only been 1 month
