It's my 3rd visit here and they never disappoint. I swear this place deserves more than 5 stars. I love it here. I am so glad to found this spot. Never again am I going any where else except here. Such a great job. Great people to talk to. They worth every cent.

My first experience here was pretty decent. I asked if i could get a design or something on my nail and they said yes. Little did i know they were gonna put a sticker on my nail. Anyway, it didn't stay on because i had nail polish over acrylic. And because of that it took a little longer to finish my nails. The owner was grumpy and started talking kinda aggressive to Tania, to go to the next customer. What was i supposed to do then?
Anyway, i got done and then i left. I didn't want to put up with grumpy people.
The following time i went, i had Tony. He was nice, but he did a very sloppy job. I don't mean to talk down on him, but he needs more training before getting on the floor. My nails costed 50 $ and i gave a 10 $ tip. But that was a job of a beginner in school, not on the floor. At first i didn't pay too much attention because i had to run to work. But when i got there i noticed what a sloppy job he did. The shape was horrible, the color wasn't what i asked for, the layers of gel were uneven and i had waves and i had a lot of bubbles. I called and i told them i needed them fixed first thing in the morning. I asked what time they open and they said 9.30 but to go at 10 because there was no guarantee someone was there at 9.30. I was like wow. Why is it even posted online and on your door then that you open at 9.30?
Anyway, i went back in the following morning, and i got Ivy to fix my nails. She reshaped them and gave me the right color. I chose chrome. And Tony put a black base and changed the color i wanted, Ivy put a white base and it turned out what i requested. I left pretty happy. Again, i went to work and i noticed that the chrome has not been put entirely on my nails. I had white spots on the sides. By the evening, my nails started looking chipped as the chrome layer started to go away. I thought i was gonna get something good, but now i know i need to look for a different place. This place needs to pay attention to details. That's what women want.

This is an update to a review I did 2 years ago. I will not be returning here!!! I went to get a nail take off with a gel manicure. Three of my nails did not have tips because the last time they only put acrylic because the nail was lifting and the nails could not be saved. I told them what I wanted up front and the nail technician instead of soaking the nails off proceeded to take a nail tip and rip the nails off my fingers. The other nail technician tried to help him but she also started ripping my nails off instead of soaking them. They also cut my natural nails down to nubs. I could not even finish the service. They had the audacity to tell me to wash my hands so they could do the gel part of the manicure. I told them absolutely not. My fingers burn and are super sensitive. I have never had nails taken off that way before. My nails weren't even lifting. I probably could have gone another week without them being redone.

Old review: I like this place because of the curtains that separate the pedicure chairs. They actually also arch my eyebrows correctly

veryyy unprofessional with their work. that wendy worker is very rude. She wax my sister's eyebrows off and told her she had to pay or they were going to call the cops. My sisters are black women so they paid because they were scared of the police. Wendy did my nails I told her specifically I wanted coffin shape, and this is what she left me with, I suggest anyone reading this do not go to that location their very rude.

I took my wife to this place to get a new full set of nails, the service was terrible she asked for specific nails with a specific design and they gave her something terrible and completely different. She complained at the beginning of the service and mentioned that’s not what she wanted and the lady didn’t say anything and proceeded to just cut them to a very short length and finish them without doing all of the proper procedures. Her nails are in pain because of how she handled them we had to get them removed because of how bad they look in person. Even tho she was complaining they brushed it off and said she had to pay anyway without them fixing it. Terrible experience we do not recommend this place.

I had my nails done 4 weeks ago and now they definitely need fill but I’ve tried other nail shops closer to my new house and you NEED to get fills to quickly. I’ve been going here 10 years and I’m still happy. No tricks or surprises here.

I’ve been coming here about a year - I always get gel but this place is extra careful with my sensitive nail beds - whether it’s a polish change or a full on spa day with a fancy pedicure and eyebrow waxing - I love this spa

I have been coming here for 2 months. My last fill was not very good I went in the next day and the manager took me in right away and fixed my nails on the spot. She was so sweet and didnt expect any payment for the fix. It took her 20 mins and they look like she took a full sessions time. I go here because they are convienient between work and home and they have the colored tips that other places do not carry anymore, and that is my preference, since my job is tough and I work with my hands. She took very good care of me and she is very personable and very kind. This is absolutely my go to from here on out. I will just make it a point to call and schedule an appointment with her in advance. Thank you for taking care of me ? this salon is really great!!!!
