These guys are amazing! From the boss Jeremy to the crew members, all the VERY BEST! Cory & Anthony both are excellent techs! They are knowledgeable, fast, skillful! We interviewed almost all the A/V companies in town. Elite A/V just stands out. We met Jeremy in person at our home, we feel very comfortable with his presentation. The reason why we picked them, we just feel comfortable with how the capabilities, the product quality, the tech support, after sales services, all add up. Great work by Jake and team. They installed my TV wall, ceiling speakers, Josh AI, and all integrated with Apple TV, PS5, and Xbox. Went as smoothly as possible given the complexities, and everybody was easy to work with and very professional. Highly recommended.

I came in for a small surround-sound system and ended up working with Jake and Victor on a good design. I really appreciate all the help. Everything turned out fabulous and I’m so appreciative of the knowledge these guys brought to the table. Also, they were fair on their pricing and help me pick something out to control everything and I didn’t even think about that as the equipment was hidden in my hall closet and looks so tidy.

After upgrading our TV, our Control4 system was not working quite right. I suspected it was a simple software tweak, that could be fixed remotely. I'm not very happy with the company who installed our system, so I searched Google reviews for a better company. I called Elite A/V and Jeremy answered the phone. Within 20 minutes, he had fixed the issue and everything is great again. Jeremy was awesome... very friendly and knows his stuff. I will definitely be using Elite A/V for all future Control4 issues and upgrades.

I save money buy from Elite A/V vs Costco or Sam's club. Why?
I worked with Victor Ramirez. Wanted TV, sound bar, woofer, wireless headset. I Visited Elite after going to both Sams and Costco. I wanted an education from the experts that install these systems every day. Knowledge is power. Originally wanted a 88 in Sony. I have a 52 inch 17 year old Sony on a stand. Victory came to my house. He explained a 88 inch would be to big for me. The max would be a 77 inch. Still wanted s 77 in Sony. Told Victor all we do is watch TV. Victor explained the 77 inch LG is a high rated system and in fact LG make the displays for Sony. If I am not going to play video games ( I am 77 years old ) then the graphics on the 77 inch LG is the best model for me. Plus the LG 77 inch will fit on my existing TV stand that saves mr money vs a wall mount TV. I also purchased the Sonos sound bar and woofer that can be adjusted though my phone. and the Sennhisier wireless headset. The bottom line. The cost for all the hardware, delivery and installation was less then going to Costco and the install took 2 1/2 house. They set it all up and then put the software on my phone to control the Sonos and my Cox remote for channel. Botton line I got the expert home evaluation of what I need from Victor and I trusted him to make the decision on what was best for my home. In the end his education and Elite A/V set up was priceless and cost again cont me less that Costco. If you are gong to spend a lot of money on a new TV system I encourage you to call Victor at Elite A/V. His expertise and assistance is well worth it.

What impressed me the most is Victor recommend what was best for me and did not try to upsell me more expensive items.
He also called after the installation to make sure all was well and finally a personal thank you card. Who sends cards anymore.

Contacted Jake after a previous home theater installer forgot they scheduled an appointment with me and no-showed. Jake showed up that afternoon and helped me configure an upgrade to my bedroom and family room setups. The install team and programmers were all top notch and did a fantastic job. You have to contact Jake and his team...they know what they're doing and you won't be disappointed.
