I’ve lived at Legend V apartments for 2 1/2 years so far. The property is well maintained especially since Lakota, the property manager, has been here. The very few service requests I’ve put in have been promptly addressed by Terri in maintenance, who is very thorough and wonderful to work with. I love it here! It’s a quiet and nice little community.

Every single maintenance request I have ever had (which haven’t been many) in the 6 months I have lived here have always been completed promptly and efficiently. Terry is fantastic and so sweet as well as everyone in the office. I’m so grateful to live in such a peaceful community that cares for its tenants.

I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for Terry, the maintenance person at Legend V. Terry is an excellent individual who always attends to maintenance requests promptly and with a positive attitude.

One particular incident stands out: late one night, all the fire alarms in my apartment started beeping simultaneously, creating a chaotic situation. Despite the late hour, we called the emergency maintenance number, and Terry responded quickly. She arrived and resolved the issue, ensuring that we didn’t have to endure the alarm noise all night. Removing the batteries from the alarms didn’t help, and without her intervention, it would have been an unbearable night.

Terry is always smiling and friendly whenever we see her, making her presence a truly positive part of our community. She is truly awesome, and I want to extend my sincere thanks for her dedication and hard work.

First off being part of the U.S. Armed Forces and how I was highly recommended to move to this apartment I am truly disappointed. On 18 MAR 24 I drove over 12 tireless hours from my last Unit with myself and a friend with all of my belongings in a U-Haul just to find out my apartment was a disastrous mess. I was promised that my 2 bedroom would be ready only to see what I believe was Cujo the Dog tore through it like he was in heat. There was Dog and Human hair EVERYWHERE. I am allergic to Dog hair which I thought with an Apartment so "Luxury" I wouldn't have to worry about such things. There was smashed what I believed was Pumpkins everywhere. I mean there were seeds all over the balcony and every part of the room. There was dog hair and human hair all in the washer seals and the dryer was FULL of lint from the such. The guest bathroom had dog hair and a bathtub materials in the sink. The shower seems as if its been through a war with tape and construction material everywhere. My poor marble countertop was literally broke in half like its been through a wrestling match. The carpet was filthy with dog hair and food all in the carpet. Kitchen was flighty as well and walls were very dirty. So the next morning I wait for the office to open at 0900hrs just to be told by the kind maintenance team that the Manager and Assistant Manager will not be in until a about 0945hrs which seems like absolute madness. As a Facility Managers you are the Leader in this instance and shouldn't be there when business hours clearly states your hours of Operations which in this case is 0900hrs. Also as Facility Managers your maintenance crew should not be manning the front desk especially with worn clothes meant to be working maintenance jobs. felt bad for the sister at the front desk she literally had paint all over here, very overworked and didn't seem to have a clue on whets going on but still she was sweet nonetheless. So I leave and get a call an hour later from the Facility Manager - Latoia Smith with a very sassy attitude. So we sit-down and have very intense conversation on what I wrote above. Latoia Smith basically gives me a pathetic excuses on what the room was not up to standard after I was promised this apartment would be ready after two weeks. T. The week before I was told by the Assistant Manager - Emma Carrow that my apartment was not ready and will have to go to a different one. So after going back and forth with Latoia( which I might add is very rude, and seems pretty ghetto) decides to show me the finally two bedroom on the first floor which was for Handicap. The room looked horrible and just modeled very badly. So I am past my boiling point and told Latoia Smith that I have a mission to get to and I am holding my Commander up what room is available and she takes me to the display room. Latoia Smith also doesn't seem to be very knowledgeable about her facility because she kept asking Emma about everything So it seemed at first at first glance but once I peeled back the cover I found out why its the display room was just as bad. So lets start off that the carpets was dirty once again making my feet black every step. The Kitchen vas very dirty, garbage disposal was nasty and in very bad shape with seals coming off. Also for some reason there were Tomato seeds all over the walls. The freeze smelled like a fish market. The Microwave and stove top had severe burns on them. Majority of the cabinets had bad water markings and water-filled bubbles from a previous leak looks like. Bedroom had markings on the wall and the Curtain would not close. So onto the bathroom, very dirty hair was clogged in the walk-in shower, marking and dirt spots in the bathtub. The Balcony wouldn't open properly. Reported all these findings to management and still nothing has been done. At this point I am ready to terminate my lease and move somewhere because this gives me a bad insight into the city of Edmond. Can someone from higher management of SATCA LTD please contact me I would love to speak with you ASAP?

We have lived here for over a year and recently renewed our lease. We have had nothing but positive experiences living here.

Living in a 1st floor apartment for the first time, I was worried we’d be dealing with noisy upstairs neighbors, but we’ve had a great experience overall. We’ve only had one issue with a neighbor which seemed to be resolved immediately after one brief conversation with the leasing office.

The maintenance team is always quick to resolve any issues. Other tenants I’ve interacted with are friendly & respectful, which is a plus! The leasing team is great about communication & professionalism.

The pool is always clean and the grounds are pretty & well-kept.

Worst experience. Had multiple issues with loud upstair neighbors and made many complaints just to be met with "that's what you get for living on the first floor" even though most complaints were made after quiet hours. Management did not assist the issue but if anything made it worse by stating "not much can be done during the day" and "noise must persist for 10-15min prior to contacting the front office". Yet, I heard how those who were second floor residents can complain about their downstair neighbors and it got addressed what seemed immediately. This is topped with how I almost received a violation because my dog went up to a lady and she proceeded to lie to management and without hearing my side, they were about to deliver a violation if it weren't for me addressing management myself. The walls are extremely thin, even though the assistant manager insisted "they are thicker than other walls because of the requirements needed to be reached as an apartment complex". The people who do trash have been seen throwing trash, from the second floor, over the side so they didn't have to carry it. The only good thing about this place is Terry who does maintainance, she's great and I hope she finds a better place to work. I do not wish to contact anyone from Legends V Apartments because I have tried for the past year. This place does not care for it's residence and occupants are viewed as money not people. This was made apparent when management suggested I move units because of the constant noise complaints I made....this was suggested when I had 2 months left on my lease and after i have made multiple complaints throughout the year. Do NOT seek residency with this apartment complex. I'm sure there are better places that actually respect those who do business with them.

Terry did a great job. Real quick turnaround. She also came over to fix my smoke detector after 5 so I didn’t have to listen to it all night. Congratulations are in order.

Terry went out of her way to fix my air conditioning and they even brought me a portable air conditioner until it was fixed.
