Beware that this company are scam artists,
I was using them for contractor insurance for a year.. the first year was good.
I went to renew with them and used a P.O
Box as my address which they accepted at first.. they sent me a letter to my p.o. box telling me that my insurance had been canceled due to non compliance...
Come to find out the non compliance was they don't accept P.O. boxes. I gave my broker my physical address so they would reinstate my insurance. 1 month later I got a letter saying they would not reinstate my policy and won't give me my member back after paying up front... these people will take your money and run..

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

The customer is extremely rude especially Jessica the customer service team lead. They have been holding my funds and will not return the left over amount from the policy changes I made on my account they said they sent out a check but won’t give me the date it was sent out

Really long hold times, can’t pay online, I canceled last month and they charged me another month. My cancelation was due to them not receiving payment for a month I didn’t want. Also they partner and gas lamp sucks just as much.
