A bit of trouble sometimes getting appointments but it's the same everywhere, when I have been able to get one and be seen it's been fine, though I do wish sometimes the procedure to get an appointment was better, for instance I called 8:30am on the dot to get an appointment I've been asked to make by a gp from another app, they told me they don't have any left for that day and aren't allowed to book in appointments past one week so couldn't book me to see someone later either, despite me apparently only being second in call queue, but I could wait three weeks for a telephone call for an issue I'd been told to see one of the GPs in person for due to the nature of the problem, I figured no point arguing, if that's all I can get I will wait, three weeks later I get a call from the GP and explain the issue, to be told this is not something they can do over the phone and need to see me in person, which I knew, hense my call three weeks earlier to get an in person appointment and told I can only be given a telephone appointment. They ask me to go to a clinic a bit further away to see someone the same day. So a bit of a pointless three weeks waiting, I cannot fault the help I receive once I can actually get an appointment and talk to someone, it's just the job of trying to even get something is all, it is a different policy it seems every single time I have to call about wether they can or can't give appointments past the week or not, so admittedly at this point I don't even have a clue how to get an appointment most of the time, which has landed me in walk ins or A&E most of the time due to the nature of the issues I face not being able to be seen at the first point of contact when it isn't urgent to prevent it getting to the point that it's bad enough to have to get emergency help.

place is a joke .cancel appointments on the day ,4time this has happened with same appointment from 22 june and as of today no appointment ..3 days i phoned for appointment but ended up in hospital for two days with kidney infection ,and now still cant get simple blood tests for kidneys ..definitely lack of service as there is no care from these people. Even requested a phone call from the mental health person and that was over a week ago and still nothing ..is this a public service or private...cant even get prescription right and that's a easy one i presume. Overall very bad service from a public funded practice

Unprofessional and abusive manager.
Really something when I can get the dogs vaccinations booked in a week and done no issues.
What is going on with the NHS!!! Cancel my appointment without telling me, sent me a text 10 minutes after my appointment time saying contact the surgery to rearrange while I’m literally stood in the surgery trying to rearrange being told nah call back in the new year! This is after waiting 2 months for the appointment I booked for today!
Oh and I forgot to mention the appointment is for my 3 year olds vaccinations so now she’s just left unvaccinated against dangerous diseases for the foreseeable future and the manager had the audacity to blame the nursing strikes! As if the nurse is to blame for a receptionists failure in notifying patients of their appointments being cancelled?!?!
The strikes have nothing to do with your complete incompetence in failing to cancel an appointment 10 minutes prior instead of 10 minutes after I’ve arrived!!!

They keep canceling my appointments. I've been experiencing other problems as well. They are not aware of / don't admit their issues. I don't think they care about their patients.

Re iews from other patients are very true they blame pandemic for"EVERYTHING"not pNdemic now it.s"SOMEPEOPLE JUST NOT DOING THEIR JOB "that they get paid for ..in my day we would have been sacked for less .mistakes than ""SOME""of them make ..THE GOOD ONES GET THE B ACKLASH I PAID MY NHS STAMP FOR MY HEALTH SERVICE ALL MY WORKING LIFE @NOW GET NO RETURN OF SERVICE I.VE PAID 4 NEVER C SAME DR.
