I don't really leave reviews but this place is really a one of those hole-in-the-wall restaurants to me when I'm in the area! They serve amazing Asian fusion vegan food, and I have tried every single one of their small bites, bao, rice bowls, and some noodle bowl varieties thus far. I especially love their unique flavorful orange chicken dish! It is so simply juicy perfection and just one of my top one usuals. Ohh, definitely need to mention that I love to order it with their non-dairy Thai tea!

Whenever I travel, I love trying some authentic restaurants, especially the ones that make their house specialties! You can immediately tell that they take pride in serving their food, beverages, and even desserts to their customers. Comfy, cozy, and great ambiance inside. This place definitely deserves a shoutout! Overall, I really like this place. One of my comfort food go-tos and simply brings me an instant smile on my face when I have cravings for their food! (Mouthwatering again lol! If you're in the area, give this place a try, and I believe it will leave you a happy belly! ?

I really want to like V Revolution. I have a soft spot for American-style Asian food but I don't eat meat, so this should be my favorite restaurant. I've now eaten here several times, but probably won't be back since I've never had anything with flavor that goes beyond basic and bland. It all is just the same vague slightly sweet, watery, greasy mess. (Aside from the Mapo Tofu which was so overly salty I barely ate a thirs of it.) My final "fool me twice" moment was getting the Pad Thai. I was hoping for a stir-fried dish and instead I got a soggy peanut butter soup. Just incredibly boring. (And my taste and smell are fine--my breakfast today was great). Quite a waste of $15 plus whatever you decide to tip (they ask--even though you order at a counter and bus your own table.)

If they're serving vegan food for environmental reasons, maybe they should consider not serving all of their food in single-use containers with plastic silverware and single condiment packets, even for dine-in orders.

I really hope they turn it around, but I'm not going to risk it again anytime soon.

General Tso was good but portions were small for the price. And it really is more fast food like so prices should definitely be less. Chikn wings were okay but have had better in NYC and DC.

one of the best asian vegan restaurants in Colorado. foods are delicious, clean and nor greasy. veriety menu which is great !!!! plenty of parking spot and the atmosphere is awesome. highly recommended!!!!

Shockingly good. Their vegan chicken katsu is miraculous. The v fries are so good. Theirs bowls and sandwiches are excellent. I haven't eaten everything on the menu, but everything I have tried so far has been great. This place should be more popular than it is.

We ate here on Saturday, March 9th and it was incredible! I absolutely loved the food; this is seriously some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had. Truly authentic Asian cuisine that is mostly all vegan! The flavors were very delicious and complex in our dishes! The portions were amazing too. I’ve seen some comments about the food being served in to-go containers; I wonder if that’s an intentional choice due to how generous the portion sizes are; we definitely had second-dinner later that night. Price for the portion size also felt very normal and in line with a good value. Additionally, the service from the staff was great! They were very friendly and helpful in deciding what to eat throughout the large menu! All in all, a great experience and we will definitely be back!

This is one of my favorite places to eat in the Denver area! The food is excellent every time, no matter what we order. I've tried most things on the menu and I'm continually impressed. As a vegan, it's really nice to go to a restaurant knowing there is a huge variety of delicious options to choose from on the menu (especially as I dread going to most OTHER restaurants in the area knowing the only vegan items they'll have are iceberg lettuce and french fries). Non-vegans love this place too! Not just great vegan food... but great food. Period.

Amazing place for vegetarians and vegans. Alot of options, variety, and good flavor. I ordered the general tso "chikin" and vegan spring rolls and it is so good!
