First time here. BiBiBop just recently opened in our area.
Went in and the place was spotless, a big plus! The gal behind the counter explained everything to me and then I built my bowl. I ordered a small bowl and that was still huge. Everything was delicious and I plan on bringing my daughter back for meatless Mondays.
This could easily end up being one of my favorite eats.

I recently visited BIBIBOP Asian Grill, and I was thoroughly impressed! Similar to Chipotle but with a delightful Korean twist, BIBIBOP offers a customizable dining experience centered around the delicious and nutritious bibimbap.

The fresh ingredients, from perfectly seasoned proteins to vibrant vegetables and flavorful sauces, make every bowl a treat. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit. The ambiance is modern and clean, providing a comfortable place to enjoy your meal.

The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that I wished for a bit more variety in the topping options. However, this minor detail didn't detract from an overall fantastic dining experience. I highly recommend BIBIBOP Asian Grill for a quick, healthy, and delicious meal!

Update 3/17/24

I visited this place after a month. The great customer service seemed to have gone down as well as some of the food quality. Right away, some of the employees had taken a couple of the booths so we had to sit elsewhere. I definitely won’t get steak again because it seemed like they let it sit out too long. Steak was kind of rubbery and chewy. I should have stayed with the Korean bbq beef but I wanted to try other options. Everything else was the same. I don’t recommend the complimentary miso soup, it’s too watery and bland. Customer service was not as friendly as the grand opening. Overall, it used to be a 5 but now it’s like a 3.5.

Today was the grand opening. I waited about an hour. The line stretched to the back when I arrived. However, the lines moved moderately fast. The first 100 people got vouchers for free meals for a year I believe. After that, they gave free cups that had the company name on them. Then, they had a game where you can choose what free item to receive. I got free socks. Socks are always good. If you wear orange you get $5 off. You get one free bowl if you’re a medical professional, educator, police/fire department. Bring an ID for proof. There is an abundance of free parking available, shared with other businesses. This is a great addition to the area, you can do grocery shopping then have a good quality lunch or dinner afterwards. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. They were also very efficient when serving customers.

I was able to get a free original bowl (great for multiple meals if you’re packing for work). I chose a combo base (half white rice and half sweet potato noodle), a lot of toppings (you get unlimited), and kbbq beef with 2 sauces (I chose sesame oil and yum yum). Toppings were very fresh and refreshing. The beef was tasty and had a great flavor. The prices from the menu were very fair.

When it dies down a bit, you’ll find multiple places to sit and eat inside. When it’s nicer outside, they have tables and chairs outside as well.

Im so glad this opened in Naperville!! Everything is gluten free and all allergens are labeled its amazing. You can choose japchae noodles (sweet potato) or rice as a base or greens. The steak is sooo good. Free miso soup! Drinks are hibiscus and other berries and fruit and natural. Love this so much!!!

Just discovered Bibibop a less then a month ago and have been weekly. The flavors pair perfectly. Every thing is fresh and presentation is very impressive.

I’ve always enjoyed ordering in-store—the food is consistently served with great attention . However, I was disappointed with all my pickup orders. While the quality was good, the portion size of the base and toppings compared to dining in was different (It was mostly rice and very less toppings even when ordered extra). I’ll definitely continue to enjoy meals at the restaurant, but I hope the take-away experience improves to match the in-store quality!

Terrible experience on a Sunday. Took 40 min to complete online order. Pretty horrible to run out of tofu. I subbed out the tofu for extra spicy chicken to go with steak in my bowl (with an additional side of spicy chicken). Of course, my bowl had two portions of spicy chicken plus the side portion! I I probably could have gotten my food correctly with tofu quicker just waiting in line. Totally defeats purpose of online ordering platform.
