I've been coming the last two years for a problem with a crown and for cleaning. All the time every one has been really welcoming. Especially considering that my German is not the best, All the people there always were really nice with me, making sure everything is clear. Angelike is really patient with me and my little bit of German language, and she always makes sure everything goes as comfortable as possible. In general every time I've been there I feel in good hands

Terrible Service, Dentists are rushed and therefore do a shoddy Job. During my Filling Appointment at least 3 times some staff came bursting into the room shouting loudly and that the dentist should hurry up to manage some other dental problem (that went wrong and some crown didnt fit a woman). Other occasions I would wait 1 hour after my assigned time just for a stressed assistant to visually-check my teeth in 2min and not the actual dentist (as he was busy ofc). Pay the premium in switzerland - this amateur show is not worth it

I have had only very good experiences at this dentist. My, wife, my daughter and I are going regularly for check ups and cleaning to this excellent place. The clinic is laid out beautifully, with comfortable waiting rooms and up to date equipment. The staff are very very friendly and kind. Also in emergencies they tend to respond quickly and I was able to book an appointment on the spot because of a sudden toothache. We will surely always come back to this wonderful clinic. I would like to ad a little something to this review, I have been treated for a very bad toothache the last few days. My dentist at the Dorow Clinic was Dr. Erwin Gross. He is absolutely fabulous and deserves the highest praise for the way he deals with his patients. He explained every single step of the complicated procedure that was ahead and made me feel very much at ease with his great expertise and sense of humour. A fabulous dentist at a fabulous clinic! Thank you very much!
