I am writing this review on the behalf of my uncle, TJ. He had a total knee replace around the 2nd week of December. We had both heard some horror stories from others whom had this surgery from other doctors, so I went to stay with him until he recovered. The surgery was a success. Uncle returned home 2 days later and by the 7th day, my care services were no longer needed. ?
He was set up to do physical therapy at home. The therapist and myself could not believe how well he was recovering. Uncle had minimal pain and was doing pretty much everything without a walking aid within 7 days.
I met Dr. McGivern at the follow up appointment. He was kind, and down to earth ? and so was his staff. He was also very personable.
Me and uncle TJ would recommend him to anyone. We appreciate him and his team and how quickly uncle was back on his feet.?

From Catherine. Just had hip replacement. Dr. McGivern did a great job. All his help were fantastic! I would give each and everyone one involved in my experience a 100% A plus. I would recommend Dr McGivern and his team to any and everyone needing hip replacement! Gob well done! Thanks.

Fantastic surgeon with a kind and gentle bedside manner.
After 2 torn meniscus on same knee, he explained everything, listened and gave me the time to ask questions. My surgeries were in 2020 and 2021 and I would def return to him without hesistation

Dr. Mcgivern is a great doctor! He will take the time to listen to your concerns and address each of them. He is very informative and I loved how he actually showed me my X-rays and discussed them with me. He has treated me, my friends, and family and I will keep sending people to him. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr McGovern a ts like he doesn't care about you.My daughter got an infection in her knee after a replacement. We made an appt.because it was swollen. He walked in the room very arrogantly and ask why we were there. I said her knee was swollen. He looked at me and yelled " Are you for real?" I was very shocked. I had never seen a Dr. act so unprofessional. He continued to say we were wasting his time. Once he gets your money he turns into a,Mr Hyde. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!!!

Dr . McGivern was just what the dr ordered for me ! He did an excellent job on repairing my left knee . My previous surgery was in 2017 fell apart . On 09/27/2022 Dr. McGivern did my revision surgery that had fallen apart inside , it was lopsided and crooked . But straight and strong now ! Praise God ! I feel totally strong now . Thank You so much for your great expertise !

My son crashed on his dirt bike and hurt his leg. Dr. McGivern saw us the same day for a fracture! He explained the injury to myself and my son and showed us the x-rays. We never felt rushed and we saw him for every follow up visit. Our family will be coming here for any orthopedic issues! 100% recommend!!!
