Great shop, laid back atmosphere and friendly staff. Brandon is an awesome barber. I've gone to barbers decades older who didn't have the same skills or put in the same level of care. Highly recommended.

After moving out to West Allis from the East Side of Milwaukee I knew I needed to find a new barber shop. A quick search showed that Mr. V's was the place to be.

When I got there (4:30 on a Thursday) all 7 chairs were filled and there were 3 of us waiting. The volume of people in there, as well as the diversity in both hair type and style in the place at that very moment shows the skill of their barbers. Jovan got a new customer!

it’s just not what i asked for. i originally left a terrible review in the heat of the moment. my fade is uneven but not noticeable to most people. it’s easy to spot if you know what you are looking at. my sideburns are uneven but i was able to fix that myself. the hair on the top of my head was cut in a way that is uneven in the style that I wear it, but that’s on me for not telling him how i wear my hair. the fade itself is partially what I asked for. I asked for a 3 to skin fade on sides and back, but blended into the top, as in i did not want a hard part, and more of a smooth transition to the top of my head. I left with just a straight 3 to skin fade on sides and back. one side was short than the other. and on side looked to have attempted to blend into the top. which had left the top hair on that side much shorter. I am still unsatisfied with my haircut as it’s not what I asked for and not worth the money. For cheaper I could have gone to great clips with better results.

Wes did a great job. Super chill and relaxed. Nothing force. Was decent with the straight blade. Shaped to my head size well. Prices are pricey but you know what you’re getting. I'll be going back. Plus taco truck outside was good bonus too.

They completely ruined my son’s beautiful hair. Not even remotely close to what we asked for. Legit just buzzed off his entire head of curls and then goes “oh is it too short?" after he was already scalped. Never again.
