I made two appointments with his office. Everyone in the office was lovely but did not get to see the Doctor. I have had a fractured humerus and torn shoulder that has not been seen by a specialist as of yet.

At the time of making the appointment, i was advised that i needed the actual images of the shoulder. I advised at that time my records were in another state and that the request processing time from ME would take 3 weeks.

Upon arrival after filling out the same information that i already filled out, i took an xray of the fracture. I was then advised the Doctor was not going to see me, despite me having two appointments. One for the fracture and one for the shoulder.

I am a 100% disabled combat vet, that is not using the VA for anything. I have other diagnosis going on besides this acute injury. I drove from Tampa for this appointment. I listed on the paperwork that i had to fill out that I indeed had Anxiety. If you connect who i am with this other diagnosis, is it possible that my being dismissed, would be detrimental to my overall well being? At the very least my trip would not have been wasted if the xrays were reviewed with me. Am i supposed to continue with the next appointment with this Doctor even tho 1. It is a challenge for me to go to in person appointments, 2. He refused to see me already, 3. I now have a negative association with the events that have already occurred.
It is not in my nature to accept this type of treatment, when i am paying for it!

Later I find out that the caveat “patient walked out” was listed twice in my appointment list. I do believe my insurance carrier has access to my records , future doctors in FOI and admin who schedule your appointments. I am a compliant patient and this description does not lend itself to the facts. I spoke with the manager of the office who was receptive to removing these comments. Thank you!

Dr. Lopez is such a kind, caring and considerate physician; a consummate professional. I was running very late (30 minutes - traffic accident… not mine), and when I arrived, I offered to be re-scheduled, and I was told they would still see me. When Dr. Lopez came into the exam room, he was though, gave excellent recommendations for what I had come to see him for, and advised me of several options that are available. He gives conservative treatment - much appreciated by this dentist who does the same for her patients.

Great staff! Quick and easy check in (if you fill out what the send before you get to the office). The staff was unbelievably friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Lopez educated me on what is going on and why I feel discomfort and pain. His recommended treatment has help in less than a day! Thank you

Horrible experience! Arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment and it took me almost 2 hours to get to see the doctor. The waiting room is ridiculously cold a lot of elder people in there freezing something needs to be done about the temperature of this place. They called to remind you of your appointment or text you to remind you of your appointment why not add a feature that says attention our office office is extremely cold so people dress appropriately

The staff seems Not motivated at all to get you in in a timely manner. It took me three hours to have a doctors appointment that should’ve taken me 45 minutes
