We had an interior pane of our house window crack and spiderweb. When I started asking for quotes and people to come out a give estimates, S&V glass was the first to respond and quoted an extremely fair price. We had a scheduling issue the day of our install, but we worked it out quickly.

The final product turned out fantastic. I’d be more than happy to recommend them to anyone and use them again for any window repair situations we may have. Note: We have tiny on our windows, so in the attached photo, the new window pane appears lighter because the tint hasn’t been applied yet. That isn’t the result of anything wrong or different with the glass they replaced.

THIS COMPANY IS FRADULEANT! DO NOT HIRE! DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY! THEY STOLE $11,000 FROM ME!

I contracted S&V Glass LLC to install 13 Cardinal LoE3 366 IG units and 4 Marvin Windows into my home. The owner of S&V Glass, Jeshua Storehouse, and his installer and contractor, Raymond Haywood, of Haywood Glass LLC, came to my house to provide estimates. They required 65% down, totaling over $11,000. According to Raymond Haywood, a 65% deposit was needed because it covered the total cost of the IG units & windows, which they had to pay in full to order.

The installation date came, and Jeshua called me that day to tell me the units were not ready and Raymound would explain why, even though weeks prior, both said the IG units were complete. Raymond claimed the units were still in production, gave various reasons for the delay, and said it was Glass Supply Inc.'s issue. I have not spoken with Raymond since; he has stopped taking calls and not responding to any messages.

I went to Glass Supply Inc., spoke with Eric Urry, the owner, and found out the units were still in production but not Cardinal LoE3 366 IG units. Eric Urry was manufacturing them using questionable glass (it is not from a reputable brand; therefore, I cannot speak to the quality or specifications). The Glass Supply, Inc. invoice lists Cardinal Glass; however, Eric Urry claims he notified Raymond Haywood that he was making a comparable product to the original order. I received no notification of alteration to the original order. Glass Supply, Inc. IG units are not equivalent because they offer a one-year warranty versus Cardinal's 20-year warranty for their IG units, have no argon gas fill, and do not have the same specifications as Cardinal. Glass Supply Inc. invoice clearly states Cardinal glass.

Eric Urry also stated he does a lot of business with Jeshua and Raymond, who are both very shady and sketchy. When asked why he would do business with shady businesses, he said he does not need to work with reputable companies because he simply sells products.

I attempted to contact Jeshua Storehouse and Raymond Haywood at their place of business on June 29. I found both were fraudulent addresses. S&V Glass's address is a hospice call center. Haywood Glass's address is a boarded-up Buffalo Wing restaurant.

In the last conversation with Jeshua Storehouse, he stated he did not have my money; he gave it to Raymond Haywood, who gave it to Eric Urry. He cannot reimburse me because Eric Urry has not reimbursed him.

Eric Urry claims Raymond Haywood canceled the order on our installation date, and Raymond never paid him. Eric Urry states he does not provide Cardinal IG units and will not complete my order as ordered. I have requested a full refund from all three parties. They all claim that another party has my money and refuse to reimburse me.

S&V Glass, Haywood Glass, & Glass Supply, Inc. appear to conspire together, passing off fraudulent products to unaware customers or stealing money from customers who realize they are providing phony products. I have repeatedly attempted to contact Raymond Haywood, Jeshua Storehouse, and Eric Urry. They will not provide the product order, complete the work, or give a refund.

I also contacted Eddy Kundanani, a President and shareholder of Glass Supply, Inc. He also owns Kera Bath & Shower and Kerab Marble Inc. He quickly dismissed the issue and offered no support to rectify the situation. If Glass Supply, Inc. & Kera Bath & Shower were reputable companies, they would not do business with dishonest & fraudulent companies. Moreover, if they were unaware, they would do everything they could to stop future business with them and work with the customer to correct the situation. Instead, they first offered to be witnesses in a legal case if I agreed not to name them; when I refused, they threatened to sue me if I mentioned their names. Not the actions of honest businesses or people.

Mr. Storehouse gave me a quote for a french door window, 16x63 for $1100 and it would take 6 weeks to get it. I called another company and got it installed the next day for $350.

Word of mouth from neighbor. Had glass from prior repair come loose from frame. They arrived for quote and repaired the same day. Jeshua also replaced the glass for two windows with broken seals. The price was very easy on the wallet. Thank you S&V glass!
