My review is months delayed and submitted with reservations based on purely selfish reasons (Once everyone knows it will be hard to reserve!!!). Our "Amazing" stay is now referenced by one of my family as our new Weekend Mansion Home. It is wonderful and more elegant, luxurious and inviting than the online pictures reveal. Located just far enough off a small section of a local highway it's quiet and isolated, yet still just a short drive from the many local Historical Shopping, Dining and Beach Sites that the Treasure Coast offers. The at home atmosphere is genuine with Miss Monica always available with answers to questions like working the thermostat to nice local dining etc... Yes the quiet dreamy atmosphere may interrupted by a horse snorting from a close by stable rarely but if your sleeping that late your missing out 🙂

A perfect place for your horse! Horses are all taken care of with an individual schedule, built for just them. My horses love it here. Monica and her staff provide loving care. This is a wonderful stable. The Canopy Creek equestrian trails are a very short ride away via a dirt road! In addition there is lots of property to ride on the farm. Clean, clean, clean stalls that are really cleaned 3-4 times a day with low dust shavings, 3 fans per horse, lots of turnout for as long as your horse wants! One of my horses prefers to come in before it gets hot and relaxes in his stall and than goes out for a few hours early evening. Very professional, peaceful place with nice adult boarders. If there is an opening here you should move in fast!

Second visit and could not be happier. Love being around the horses and away from the noise. You're close to everything you need but feel miles away. Monica is a excellent host and amazing person. She loves what she does and it shows with her work caring for the horses. Recommended for adults and people who are easy. This is a working stable. Accommodations are casual comfy. Couldn't find better place for me and the dogs. Thanks Monica!

This is the second time I've stayed here at Summerwood stables for a long weekend and I have throughly enjoyed it! The place I stayed in was well kept and gorgeous. When I come back down to Florida I will be coming back and I look forward to my next visit!

Definitely a five-star facility for horses and the adjacent retreat center is a wonderful place for a weekend, week or several week stay.
