Awesome shop! Took my bike in for its 75K service. Professional, accommodating, transparent and when Greg says he will do something, it gets done. Little things, like calling with an update when he said he would. I’ve used dealers and Indy shops in VA, FL, CO and TX, V-twin is the only one that calls when they say they will. Greg explained in detail everything he checked on and did to my bike. He also provided a checklist for things to look out for in the next 10-15K miles. I’ll continue taking my Road King to him. It’s running great, and he fixed some of my LEDs that I had not realized were inoperable. Thanks. Go to this shop, you won’t regret it. Oh, and his pricing is great.

Greg took great care of my Suzuki SV 650! Oil change, tires, a new filter, he even installed a phone mount for me that I was having issues installing. Excellent pricing on all of the work I had done and he's just a pleasure to work with, always in touch letting you know what is going on with your bike and giving you options along the way. I'll be going back to him for all future check ups and issues and highly recommend him to others looking for a solid shop in / around the Austin area.

Greg was and is an awesome guy to get your bike fixed up. I was having issues both with my front brakes and a myriad of electrical issues that he made quick work of. Mind you, another shop in the area that’s rated highly, had taken a look and most likely made things worse. The issues were identified within days and all the fixes done essentially as fast as he could get his hands on them. He also does a fantastic job of breaking down why the issues exist, and where there are multiple options to move forward, they are explained in a very easy to understand manner.

I personally would easily drive an hour to get the kind of service I was provided, and will be suggesting the shop to anyone I personally know that needs any bike ‘work’.
